Breaking The Rules (almost) with Callie and Rebecca

This session was one of the funnest I have had yet. It included, an orange tutu, some clapping (okay, a lot of clapping) and almost having to break some rules. This was Callie's 6 month session and we were just a little bit behind with her being about 8 months old, but it was perfect. It started downtown and the weather wasn't looking as if it wanted to cooperate. Should we go ahead with it? YES, we should! Callie was in the greatest of all moods, despite the downpour that came and that we had to wait out. Yes, we literally stood under an awning for about 30 minutes waiting the rain out wondering if it would ever stop. Rebecca checked her blackberry a few times to see what the doppler was saying...It wasn't looking in out favor, but we waited. Just as we were thinking that we should give up, the sun poked it's head and we had hope. Callie of course was smiley the whole time which made the waiting seem like it went by super fast. It stopped raining and we were off....to Neyland Drive. We had an idea, an idea to cuten (yes, cuten is a word...it means get Callie all dressed up in her tutu and her bow so we could see what rules we could possibly bend or break). Then we saw him, he was there for a reason. A security officer standing at an open gate at the stadium just waiting for us to come on in. Or not. We walked right up and asked. He said no. We were quite sad and a little mad, but we walked around the stadium and did what any other moms would do, we tried to find another way in. No luck. We took some pictures elsewhere and walked back to the car, I glanced over and guess who waved me over. It was him. Yes the security officer. He said that we could come in but very quickly. We were so excited. Now, when he said quickly, he meant it. We were in and out in 30 seconds flat. I have never felt so much pressure in my life. It was so worth it and I think Callie loved it. She looked around and seemed amazed by it all. By this time our session was coming to an end but not until we changed outfits 2 more times. Callie, Oh don't you worry about her. She was loving it. She smiled and clapped the whole time. Well until the very end until she fell face first into the grass and that is the only time she cried. Seriously. Now, are you ready for the best part of the post, the pictures? Ok, here they are!
this next one is my favorite from the whole shoot

this is where she had just fallen in the grass face first, and she got kinda mad:(
